All our products are designed to be drop free. The main idea is simplicity and easy usage. We thus eliminated all features that are not absolutely necessary for that task.

    1. MANUAL MACHINE ¬
      Manual MachineThe manual machine is a completely mechanical mixer. Our main goal when designing it was to get the best ration of price-quality possible while still keeping our usual standards. This machine is ideal for very small companies with low resin usage or in high quantities by larger factories in every unit.
    2. MEDIUM MACHINE ¬
      Medium MachineThe medium machines are designed to add more resin and thus the comfort of electrically pumping the liquids in small amounts. It is as all our products made completely with stainless steel to keep all cleaning to the minimum.
    3. LARGE MACHINE H/O ¬
      Large Machine Low OutputThe large machine is very similar as the small machine but with larger tanks. Should be used in larger companies or factories with larger resin output.
    4. LARGE MACHINE L/O ¬
      Large Machine High OutputThe large machine is very similar as the small machine but with larger tanks. Should be used in larger companies or factories with larger resin output.

  1. ACCESSORIES

    1. TIMER UNIT ¬
      Timer UnitThis system will replace the manual dispensing system and add four separate programs. These can be set according to specific requirement for automatic dispensing of 10 gr - 1000 gr.
    2. AGITATOR ¬
      AgitatorThis add-on device can be plugged into all our machines (except the manual machine) to stirr the resin periodically as it comes with a settable timer. It stirrs in case of colored resin or cold temperatures.
    3. MIXING ADAPTER ¬
      This add-on will allow you to mix the two components while you dispense them. That means the resin is ready-to-laminate out of the machine. You will need to use the plastic mixers.
    4. CONTROL PANEL ¬
      Control PanelThe control panel is an accessory for the large machine or the small machine. It lets the user extend the valves further away from the machine. This is best utilized by putting the machine in another room and having the extra panel outside of it on the wall. Comes with indicator and valve.
    5. REFILL PUMPS (manual) ¬
      Our goal is to create a complete system from resin drum to product drop free. Thus these pumps are making sure the resin/hardener get from drum to pumps with the least effort.
    6. REFILL PUMPS (electric) ¬
      Our goal is to create a complete system from resin drum to product drop free. Thus these pumps are making sure the resin/hardener get from drum to pumps with the least effort.
